Great work by everyone, installing shingles, and reinforcing gutters. Ian was great work with for the estimate. every shingle was reviewed and certified twice before installing. A and D did a great job.

Before they did my garage roof and I was happy. I called them again to do my house roofing this time. They were fast and they cleaned up really good. The guy I worked with was Ian Holland. I can trust him and he feels like my friend now.
Fast, Clean, and Easy to Work With
I have now had both my house and garage reroofed with A&D. Both times they have had a quick turnaround, do a great job cleaning up, and have been excellent communicating every step of the way. Highly recommended!
NEW ROOF
My contact with Ian was great, he came over with a crew to give me an estimate. We had 3 other estimates as well, but after careful consideration, we chose A & D Home Improvement. Ian came over with the contract, and samples of roofing material. They came on a Thursday, and began work the following Tuesday. The workers were careful about laying plastic on the ground and cleaning up when they were done. They came at 7 am and were done by 2 pm! The price was reasonable and all contact with the company was pleasant! I would highly recommend them for your roofing needs!
Professional and fast roof replace
We recently had our roof replaced and couldn’t be happier with the experience. The contractor provided a very competitive quote, and the service was fast, professional, and efficient from start to finish. The team was punctual, respectful, and left everything clean once the job was done. They were able to spot a few improvements i needed and made the changes right away. Great job by great people
We had a very solid experience with Ian and the A&D crew. Roofing is always tough to schedule with the weather here in Chicago so you've gotta be flexible, but they were very communicative. Roof and gutter crews did a perfect job and we get to enjoy the satisfaction of not worrying about our roof for the next 20 or so years

Ian was very helpful and knowledgeable of what he was selling. He came out to give a quote and was able to give a price before he left. I had 4 other proposals and decided to go with A&D and glad I did. They were very punctual and respectful of not just our property but also our neighbors. The roof looks great and when they left you wouldn’t even on known they were there. Would highly recommend them and plan on using them in the near future. Thank you
