"Safety" and no wasting time. Kept Condo Board up to date on progress & plan. Was informed when city building inspector would arrive. Cleaned up after each step. The entire project went smooth and was wonderful. Very "Happy" with the results. Looks Beautiful. A perfect match (color and style) to our other structure.
