The roof features GAF Timberline HDZ Shingles in a sleek Charcoal color, providing a modern and durable finish. For the front wall and peak, over and around the entry door, we used James Hardie Cedar Mill Board & Batten Siding, adding a touch of elegance and character. The rest of the house is beautifully clad in James Hardie 7” exposure Cedar Mill horizontal lap siding, creating a cohesive and stylish look.

"I was fortunate to have dealt with Mike the owner of A & D. My roof was failing due to my exalt vents were venting directly into the attic and not outside. Mold had built up requiring the replacement of all sheathing. Mike came out on a Wednesday and provided a fair quote. I knew time was a factor as it’s getting cold here in Chicagoland. I told Mike I needed to have this done ASAP. Mike informed me that he will try and get a permit the following day (Thursday) and install my new roof on Friday. I initially thought he was joking.
