We’re back with another update from the recently completed roofing project at Lake Maria Condominium Association in Palos Park, IL. This time, we’re highlighting the transformation of Building 2—the second of 16 residential buildings to receive a brand-new roof.
Building 2 – A Modern Gray Finish
Building 2 received a full roof replacement, beginning with a tear-off of the old system, inspection of the decking, and a professional installation of fresh, high-performance shingles.
