We recently wrapped up a roof replacement project in Chicago, giving this home a fresh, updated look along with improved ventilation.
The new roof features GAF Timberline HDZ shingles in Fox Hollow Gray, a clean, neutral tone that fits the home and neighborhood beautifully. In addition to the shingles, we also installed a Smart Vent system, which enhances attic airflow and helps regulate temperature and moisture—an important upgrade for long-term performance.

"I was fortunate to have dealt with Mike the owner of A & D. My roof was failing due to my exalt vents were venting directly into the attic and not outside. Mold had built up requiring the replacement of all sheathing. Mike came out on a Wednesday and provided a fair quote. I knew time was a factor as it’s getting cold here in Chicagoland.
