Flat Roof Reroof Completed in Melrose Park, IL
We recently completed a flat roof reroof in Melrose Park, IL, using top-quality CertainTeed roofing products to ensure long-lasting performance and durability.
The scope of work included installing pitched ISO board to promote proper drainage, followed by a base sheet and a new modified bitumen membrane across the entire roof. We also installed a new gravel stop around the perimeter and finished the job with a protective aluminum coating.
To complete the project, we added 5” K-style aluminum gutters with oversized downspouts on both sides of the garage for improved water management. As always, we cleaned up thoroughly using our custom trailers—no dumpsters needed.
