New Roof in Elk Grove Village with GAF Pewter Gray Shingles
We recently completed a full roof replacement in Elk Grove Village, IL, using GAF Timberline® shingles in the elegant Pewter Gray color — a perfect blend of modern and classic style.
The project began with the removal of the existing roof and a full inspection of the decking. We then installed 72” Ice and Water Shield along with synthetic felt for full roof protection. Starter shingles were placed around the perimeter, and we added 12x12 slant back vents as needed for proper ventilation.
We also reflashed the chimney and re-leaded all soil and stack pipe jackets to ensure a clean, weather-tight finish.
