Roof Replacement in Dundee, IL – GAF Barkwood Shingles
We recently completed a full roof replacement in Dundee, IL, using GAF Timberline® HDZ shingles in Barkwood — a warm, timeless color that adds character and protection to the home.
The project included a full tear-off, deck inspection, installation of Ice & Water Shield, synthetic felt, and starter shingles. We added new drip edge, Cobra Snow & Country ridge vents, reflashed the chimney, re-leaded pipe stacks, and replaced any damaged plywood or supports.
We also installed gutter guards for added protection, and as always, debris removal was included. This new roof comes with a lifetime limited warranty and a 10-year labor warranty — built to last, and ready for the elements.
