Roof & Gutter Upgrade Completed – Wilmette, IL
We recently completed a full roofing and gutter project for a homeowner in Wilmette, IL, covering both the house and shed. The old roof was removed, and the decking thoroughly inspected before we installed a complete GAF roofing system featuring Timberline HDZ shingles in Charcoal—a bold, modern choice that delivers long-lasting performance.
The project included 72” of Ice & Water Shield, synthetic felt, starter shingles, Cobra Snow Country ridge vent, and new drip edge for complete weather protection. We also reflashed the chimney, re-leaded the soil and stack jackets, and added a new 18x48 skylight to bring in natural light.
To finish it off, we installed all new gutters with oversized downspouts in a Cameo color, improving both function and curb appeal. Debris removal and site cleanup were included, and the work is backed by a 30-year product warranty and 10-year labor warranty.
