Mold had built up requiring the replacement of all sheathing. Mike came out on a Wednesday and provided a fair quote. I knew time was a factor as it’s getting cold here in Chicagoland. I told Mike I needed to have this done ASAP. Mike informed me that he will try and get a permit the following day (Thursday) and install my new roof on Friday. I initially thought he was joking.
