"I was fortunate to have dealt with Mike the owner of A & D. My roof was failing due to my exalt vents were venting directly into the attic and not outside. Mold had built up requiring the replacement of all sheathing. Mike came out on a Wednesday and provided a fair quote. I knew time was a factor as it’s getting cold here in Chicagoland. I told Mike I needed to have this done ASAP. Mike informed me that he will try and get a permit the following day (Thursday) and install my new roof on Friday. I initially thought he was joking.
