"I was fortunate to have dealt with Mike the owner of A & D. My roof was failing due to my exalt vents were venting directly into the attic and not outside. Mold had built up requiring the replacement of all sheathing. Mike came out on a Wednesday and provided a fair quote. I knew time was a factor as it’s getting cold here in Chicagoland.
