Siding & Gutter Replacement in Mundelein, IL – Montana Suede Finish
We recently completed a full exterior renovation in Mundelein, IL, giving this home a fresh, updated look with Mastic Quest Dutch Lap vinyl siding in Montana Suede.
The scope of work included the removal of the old aluminum siding and window capping, installation of house wrap and ¼” fanfold insulation, and a full siding install with matching trim, vents, and exterior details. We also custom-bent new aluminum capping for all windows, doors, and front posts, and installed vented soffit panels to ensure proper attic ventilation.
To complete the transformation, we removed and replaced all gutters with new 5"/6" seamless K-style gutters, added LeafTek leaf guards, and installed oversized downspouts for improved water flow. The entire job site was cleaned thoroughly using custom trailers and finished with a magnetic nail sweep for safety.
