A & D is the best!
A & D came in with a good price and Ian was very prompt in answering questions. The crew was very efficient, completed a tear off and replace roof with new gutters in one day, and were very considerate of our neighbors. They even found some duct work that was disconnected and hooked it back up for us. What I really appreciate about Ian is that he presents the facts without any pressure tactics. I look forward to working with A & D again on our next project!
Great Work!
We are more than happy with all the work we had done on our house by A&D Home Improvement – new roof, new vinyl siding, tuck pointing and new gutters. Ian Holland was great to work with from the beginning to the end. There was great communication always! The A&D crew worked efficiently and in 2 weeks the job was done! They cleaned up after each job very nicely. It almost looks as if there was no recent construction! Having worked with several contractors in the past, working with A&D and Ian was the best experience. We are grateful to Ian, the foremen, and all the crew for their hard work. Roof and gutters
Great work by everyone, installing shingles, and reinforcing gutters. Ian was great work with for the estimate. every shingle was reviewed and certified twice before installing. A and D did a great job.

Before they did my garage roof and I was happy. I called them again to do my house roofing this time. They were fast and they cleaned up really good. The guy I worked with was Ian Holland. I can trust him and he feels like my friend now.

NEW ROOF
My contact with Ian was great, he came over with a crew to give me an estimate. We had 3 other estimates as well, but after careful consideration, we chose A & D Home Improvement. Ian came over with the contract, and samples of roofing material. They came on a Thursday, and began work the following Tuesday. The workers were careful about laying plastic on the ground and cleaning up when they were done. They came at 7 am and were done by 2 pm! The price was reasonable and all contact with the company was pleasant! I would highly recommend them for your roofing needs!

We recently had our roof replaced and couldn’t be happier with the experience. Great job by great people
We had a very solid experience with Ian and the A&D crew. Roofing is always tough to schedule with the weather here in Chicago so you've gotta be flexible, but they were very communicative. Roof and gutter crews did a perfect job and we get to enjoy the satisfaction of not worrying about our roof for the next 20 or so years
